Wir haben ein Wochenende im Januar in der Wohnung verbracht und können die positiven Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger ingesamt bestätigen.
Besonders hervorheben können wir die ruhige und trotzdem Altstadtnahe Lage, gute Nacht-Abdunklung der Fenster und die guten Matratzen.
Auch die 2 Schlafzimmer waren für uns perfekt.

die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Mit der Straßenbahn, die ca. 2min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt ist war es ungefähr 7min. bis zur Innenstadt. Man kann es aber leicht in ca. 15min zu Fuß erreichen. Für uns eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern war die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern perfekt und sogar ein Babybett stand noch zu Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt und können sie auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Kenneth hat uns super informiert. Schöne Wohnung! Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Zur Staatsoperette sind wir zu Fuss gegangen, in die Innenstadt mit dem Tram. Vielen Dank, würden bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder kommen!

The location was good (there is actually a tram stop about 4 minutes from the apartment as opposed to the one about 10 minutes away that google often defaults to). The apartment was nice and clean. A TV would have been nice. The bed is comfortable, the wifi works well, there is plenty of hot water. A small grocery store just a few minutes walk away. Host was helpful and quick to respond. We'd stay here again.
