A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.

As this is our personal space, we expect you to treat this with utmost respect. The place is on the top floor so you will have minimal noise and disturbance. As it is newly renovated, you can expect that everything is almost brand new.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war wirklich toll und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war außerdem unglaublich ruhig, man hat nichts aus den umliegenden Wohnungen oder dem Treppenhaus gehört. An die Lage im 4. Stock haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt, es war anstrengend aber auf jeden Fall machbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in ist flexibel und durch die genaue Erklärung auch sehr einfach. Perfekt also, wenn man spät anreist. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung war super. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war auch perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig obwohl eigentlich vieles in der Umgebung ist, aber davon hört man in der Wohnung nichts. Also alles in allem war es perfekt ☺️

Eine richtig tolle Unterkunft mit allen Dingen, die man für ein erholsames Verweilen braucht. Die Kommunikation war top. Solche Gastfreundschaft habe ich noch nie erlebt. Mit dem beigefügten Handbuch, wurden alle Fragen vorab geklärt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder hingehen. Vielen Dank für alles. Wirklich eine Top Empfehlung 🦋😊

Durch die zentrale Lage alles gut zu erreichen, zu Fuß sowie der Straßenbahn fast vor der Tür. Unerwarteter Weise standen selbst Pflegeprodukte, Reinigungsmittel, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie Kaffee, Tee usw zur Verfügung. Besten Dank Karin und Birgid

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Dresden. Im Dachgeschoss natürlich im Sommer ziemlich warm, aber dafür kann ja niemand etwas. Tom & Kenneth haben innerhalb weniger Minuten auf Nachrichten reagiert und auch bei Rückfragen oder Problemen stets äußerst schnell und erfolgreich geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

Getting around is easy as there is a tram right outside our place and you are 10 minutes away from Bahnhof Mitte. Also it is a 20 minute walk into the city centre or to Neustadt.
